How long does it take for a garage?

Our 4 layer coating system is a 4 from start to completely finished. Our certified technicians spend two days preparing the concrete and installing the system. The 3rd day is set aside for continued drying curing but allow for foot traffic. The 4th and final day your garage floor is ready to be driven on and enjoyed.

What factors affect the cost of the installation?

Aside from the obvious square footage of the area, the amount of prep work that is necessary to prepare your garage in the very porous state it needs to be in to accept the epoxy flooring in a way that ensures longevity. There are many factors than can affect the cost of your coating application. The most common factors are the actual surface area of the floor along with the condition of the floor and the among of repair and preparation required. Each project requires various amounts of repair, restoration and preparation to achieve the porous state required to promote the adhesion of your new garage coating.

How much does it cost for a garage floor epoxy on a standard 2 car garage?

There are several factors that influence the total cost of epoxy flooring on your garage floor. The amount of prep work is different for each garage. If you have cracks in your garage we need to fix those before we can start. Each garage floor is different and the amount of effort to properly prepare each garage floor for a coating is different.

How long does a typical project take?

Most coating installs are completed over 2–3 days, plus cure time before heavy use. The exact timeline depends on prep needs, layout, and the system selected.

Will epoxy peel like DIY kits?

DIY kits often fail due to weak prep and lighter-duty materials. We use commercial-grade systems and focus on surface prep because that’s where many failures start.

Can you do slip-resistant finishes for pool decks and patios?

Yes. We can recommend texture and topcoat options for wet areas so the surface feels safer without being overly rough.
