Reveles Epoxy Flooring

How We Work

Our Process

A step-by-step breakdown of how epoxy flooring projects are planned, completed, and supported so you know what to expect.

1
Getting Started: Request a Quote

What do we need to know to make a quote?

We start by collecting the basics so we understand your space and what you want the floor to do.

We’ll ask about:

Starting Price Ranges

Space type (garage, showroom, warehouse, etc.)

Approximate size (or dimensions)

Current floor condition (cracks, pitting, old paint/coating)

Timeline and access notes (when the space can be worked on)

Your main concerns (peeling risk, cleaning, traction, appearance)

Ready to Get Started?

If you have photos, send them—wide shots plus close-ups of any damage.

2
Assessment

On-Site Evaluation & Finish Selection

What happens during the evaluation?
The goal is to understand the concrete and how the space is used so the system and finish match real conditions.

What we look at:

Color & Finish Selection

How do I choose the look?
We help you choose a finish that fits your space—garage durability, showpiece metallic, or business-friendly performance and maintenance.

Proposal & Pricing Options

What do I receive after the evaluation?
You’ll receive a written scope that explains what’s included and what affects the final number.

Your proposal should include:

What prep is needed based on the slab

The system/finish selected (garage coating, metallic, commercial, industrial)

Approximate square footage (or measured area)

A clear timeline and cure/readiness guidance

Any add-ons required by the slab condition (repairs, removal of old coatings, etc.)

Queries or Doubts:

Will I know what I’m paying for?

Yes—scope and steps are written out so it’s not guesswork.

Can pricing change?

Only if the slab condition or scope changes—this should be explained before work starts.

The Foundation

Surface Preparation

Why is prep such a big deal?
Prep is what helps the coating bond correctly and last. Skipping or rushing prep is a common reason coatings fail early. What prep can include:

90%

of coating failures

are due to improper surface preparation. We don’t cut corners on this step.

5
Applying the System

Installation

How is the coating applied?
Once prep is done, the system is applied in layers, based on the finish selected and how the space is used.

What “layers” means in plain language:

A base layer that bonds to the prepared concrete

A finish layer (flake or metallic when applicable)

Protective coats designed to help with wear and staining

How long does it take?

It depends on the space, condition, and finish choice. You’ll get a timeline in writing.

When can we use the floor again?

You’ll get clear readiness guidance for foot traffic and vehicles/equipment.

6
Completion

What happens when the job is done?

We wrap up with a walkthrough so you know what was completed and how to care for the floor. You should receive:

Cleanup (materials removed, area left neat)

Final walkthrough/inspection

Basic care instructions (what to do and what to avoid)

Warranty documentation tied to your written estimate/agreement

7
Relationship

Warranty & Ongoing Support

What happens if I have a question later?
You’ll have documentation of warranty coverage and a clear path to get help if something looks off.

Warranty:

Residential projects: up to 3 years (based on the written estimate/agreement)

Commercial projects: up to 1 year (based on the written estimate/agreement)

If you’re happy with the result, a review helps. If something isn’t right, contact us so we can address it.
